What do we really live for ; Reasons behind it.

Was watching a chinese movie with the family, and something the lead actor said struck me.
What is it that we really live for? Is it the money, the good times, the bad times, the smiles, the sadness, happiness, emotions, fame, or are we just living because we have nothing else to do but that.

Some people choose to party their lives away, some choose to work their lives away. While I choose to think and waste time doing nothing, because I find joy in watching time slip me by.

Money, we can have every cent in the world, but we can't bring them with us when we die can we?
Fame, it's as over-rated as saying I'm the modern day Shakespeare. People lose their privacy once they become famous, and so many more beings hate them, just for being famous. It really is no fun being famous, unless you yearn for the attention.

We seem to have settle into this idea that, we study till we're old enough to work, then we get married and create our own family. Raising the young ones into 'good' fellas, and then retiring and slowly die of old age.

Is that life? It's fucked up if you ask me. I don't enjoy studying, nor do I enjoy working. I hate the emotions, and I hate the feelings. I want to do something different to this mundane lifestyle. But I don't know what.

I'm confused, very confused. Shall stop here.
